About TLC FINANCIAL
Around eighteen years ago, after a friend who worked at TD Canada Trust helped me get much-needed assistance to purchase my home, I started doing the same for others while still working at another full-time job. Being laid off from said job soon after moving into my new home led me to start my practice. I opened my doors in 2003 as The Loan Centre offering honest mortgage advice and assistance to my community. A few years into my business, I got my insurance license and, after adding various insurance products to my list of services, I rebranded to TLC FINANCIAL.
I’m an independent mortgage and insurance agent who, through collaboration with my associates, specialize in designing the right program to help you meet your goals. I serve clients across Mississauga, Oshawa, Bradford, Hamilton, Brantford, Oakville, and the Greater Toronto Area. Through my associates, I can also offer my services to include the rest of Canada and the US. I operate year-round and have the right mortgage options and insurance packages to meet every financial situation.

After almost two decades of mortgage and insurance experience, I can say that I am more likely to consider myself a financial educator while I do provide mortgage advice and insurance. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of how to make your money work for you and strive to increase my community’s financial literacy at every opportunity. One aspect that makes me second to none in mortgage finance and insurance is the trust I have developed between lenders, insurance providers and my clientele. My ability to efficiently connect and foster trust between clients and principles has led to my unbeatable track record and continuing business success.
What sets me apart from the rest of my competitors is my commitment to helping people. I walk a mile in my client’s shoes and treat them with the same respect and helpfulness I would expect in a similar situation. I make sure they know I have their best interests at heart and represent them, not the bank, lender, or insurance provider.
In my years of service, my most significant achievements to date have been my association with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and my accreditation as a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada.
My dream for the future is to continue to educate myself and the general public in insurance, mortgage and other financial matters, enabling more people to reach their goals. I would also like to soon add financial education to my list of services provided.
While I am passionate about what I do, I also care about protecting the environment and, in this respect, try to encourage paperless business practices and handle most day-to-day operations in as green and sustainable a fashion as is possible.
